ManTech International hires former Northrop Grumman executive Julie Anna Barker to lead human resources functions in one of the business groups.

ManTech International has hired former Northrop Grumman executive Julie Anna Barker as a vice president of human resources.

She will oversee HR planning and talent initiatives for the company’s mission cyber and intelligence solutions group, ManTech said Monday.

Prior to ManTech, she was HR director for Northrop’s global services division.
