Halfaker team lands $244M VA customer platform contract

A team led by Halfaker and Associates has been awarded a $244 million contract to help the Veterans Affairs Department roll out a new customer experience management platform.

The five-year Veteran Signals contract is an expansion from a prior program that saw Halfaker and Medellia implement a new survey platform to track how veterans interact with the VA, according to a Wednesday release.

For “VSignals,” the Halfaker team includes Medallia and Deloitte. They will update the surveying and dashboard functions of VSignals platform that collects responses and aims to apply that data toward improving services for veterans.

Halfaker said the project will incorporate agile development practices in an effort to bring new lines of business into the experience management platform.

The VA awarded this contract via the $22.3 billion “T4NG” contract vehicle, which Halfaker is a prime on.
