Constellis takes on reorg, shifts key execs

Constellis realigns its structure and moves several key executives to new roles.

Paul Donahue, chief operating officer at Constellis and CEO of its Centerra subsidiary, has added an extra role as president of international operations. Dave Matthews, former interim chief financial officer at Constellis, was named president of national security operations and will lead the firm’s background investigation business.

Constellis has undertaken an organizational realignment and shifted several key executives as the security services contractor charts its strategy for growth.

The Reston, Virginia-based company detailed the changes in a release Jan. 11. This move comes after several others Constellis has made within the past year including the hire of a new CEO over the summer in Tim Reardon, former executive at Leidos and Lockheed Martin.



The CFO role at Constellis is held by Gordon Foster, who joined the company in November from ASRC Federal.

Gerard Neville, who was senior vice president of operations at an international security firm, has taken on the role of president of Constellis’ North American operations.

James Noe, former president of Eon, was appointed president of global support and training operations for Constellis.

Rick Tye, former senior VP of business and proposal development for Centerra, has elevated to chief growth officer.
