ManTech marked its return as a major M&A player with the deal for InfoZen.

Buyer: ManTech International

Target: InfoZen

Value: $180 million,

Why: This deal brought ManTech several capabilities in growing segments of the market, including IT modernization, Agile and DevOps software development, cloud migration, and threat monitoring and assessment. InfoZen also had an attractive customer set that includes DHS and NASA. With its strong civilian business, InfoZen was a diversification move for ManTech, which traditionally has played in the defense and intelligence markets.
