Three companies have won positions on a potential five-year, $281.7 million contract vehicle to help the Defense Department operate its readiness reporting system.
Booz Allen Hamilton, InnovaSystems International and KeyW Corp.’s Sotera business will vie for task orders in work areas such as software development, systems engineering and integration.
The Navy awarded the Global Readiness and Force Management Enterprise contract and received three bids, the Defense Department said in its Friday contracts digest.
Contract details for each individual awardee are as follows:
- Booz Allen: base value of $25.8 million, ceiling value of $91.5 million
- InnovaSystems: base value of $25.4 million, ceiling value of $88.5 million
- Sotera: base value of $29.3 million, ceiling value of $101.7 million
Work will also include testing, installation, training, life cycle maintenance, procurement, help desk services, management and system documentation.
GRFME is the follow-on for the predecessor Defense Readiness Reporting System contract awarded in 2013 for a potential three-year, $361.7 million value. InnovaSystems will continue its work as an incumbent.
Deltek data indicates the incumbents not chosen for the new contract include Concurrent Technologies Corp., Gryphon Technologies and Science Applications International Corp.
