Leidos has received a three-year, $727.7 million contract from the U.S. Army to support helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft in Afghanistan.

The company's Leidos Innovation Corp. unit was the lone bidder for the contract, which supports fleets of Afghanistan's air force and special mission wing.

Work will take place in Kabul through May 31, 2020. The U.S. Army is obligating $126.7 million in contract funds at the time of award.
