KeyLogic builds national security, biometrics footprint through CrossResolve acquisition

KeyLogic Systems purchases CrossResolve to build up a national security and biometrics practice across the FBI and Defense and Homeland Security departments.
KeyLogic Systems has purchased CrossResolve to build up a national security and biometrics practice across agencies such as the FBI and the Defense and Homeland Security departments.
Terms of the transaction were undisclosed and CrossResolve brings to KeyLogic contracts and customer relationships in critical growth areas..
The deal also comes nearly one year after KeyLogic hired former FBI executive Kevin Reid to oversee the company's push into biometrics and cybersecurity work. Reid is vice president of national security and chief information officer at KeyLogic.
Morgantown, W. Va.-based KeyLogic was founded in 1999 and provides professional and engineering services to federal agencies in the civilian, defense, homeland security, intelligence and energy markets.
Also headquartered in Morgantown, CrossResolve focuses its biometrics and forensics work on programs related to identity management and identity intelligence.
