Nuix brings aboard SAP vet Dorchinsky to head US government arm

Australia-headquartered software maker Nuix hires SAP veteran Dan Dorchinsky to lead the one-year-old U.S. government subsidiary.

Data management software maker Nuix has hired former SAP executive Dan Dorchinsky as head of the U.S. government subsidiary.

The 13-year SAP veteran joins Nuix one year after the Sydney, Australia-headquartered company established the Nuix USG business to offer digital investigation, incident response and electronic discovery technologies at the federal, state and local levels. Nuix says it has worked in the U.S. public sector market for more than 10 years.

Nuix USG formed out of the parent company’s former U.S. federal and public sector practice first started in 2014. USG operates as a subsidiary of the Nuix North America business headquartered in Herndon, Va.

Dorchinsky is a former group vice president of professional services for the SAP National Security Services subsidiary and has also worked as a global account director at SAP for large government and commercial accounts. He also held management roles at BMC Software and Siebel Systems.
