DISA releases HUBZone contract for IT support

DISA has released a solicitation looking for HUBZone businesses for a contract for information and knowledge management solutions and services.

The Defense Information Systems Agency has released a solicitation looking for historically underutilized business zone (HUBZone) small businesses for a contract for information and knowledge management solutions and services.

The five-year contract will support Army Program Executive Office Command Control Communications, Tactical (PEO C3T), Project Lead (PL) Network Enablers, Product Lead (PdL) MilTech Solutions and other defense and government agencies.

The small business will provide Product Lead MilTech with the expertise to develop, acquire, sustain and enhance applications and systems. Contract work will include full systems engineering, project management, and system administration and technical support.

The task areas include:

  • Program management
  • Consortium support cell
  • MilTech support center and helpdesk
  • Marketing and awareness support
  • System engineering, technical architecture, and application development
  • Infrastructure
  • Training and user adoption
  • Information assurance (IA) and cybersecurity
  • Development lab operations

DISA anticipates awarding the contract in July 2018.

DISA released its sources sought notice July 14. Responses are due by July 28.
