Much of the work makes good on the Air Force’s 2016 Cyber Campaign Plan. First priorities on the list are upgrading legacy systems and removing any vulnerabilities from them.

Air Force chief information systems officer Pete Kim told FCW that in the future, the agency must communicate with industry to let industry know what is expected of them and what they need to do to make their systems more secure.
