Contract award activity continued to slow down in November with Washington Technology reporting on 33 awards.

November 2016’s 33 awards is also less than November 2015’s 46 awards. Washington Technology has covered 527 awards so far this year, compared to 544 awards at this point last year.

To make the list in November, you had to have a contract with a value greater than $79 million. November’s contract threshold is lower than last month’s $206.6 million threshold.

10. CACI nabs $79M Army task order to support information warfare directorate

CACI International has won a $79 million task order to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate.

9. S4 Inc. nabs $99M IT management support contract

S4 Inc. has won a $99 million contract to provide information technology systems management to two Air Force commands.

8. ENSCO wins $145M systems engineering, integration contract

ENSCO has won a $145 million contract to support the Space and Missile Systems Center Range and Network Division.

7. Fulcrum IT Services picks up $168M task order to support JIDO

Fulcrum IT Services has won a $168.1 million task order to support the Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization.

6. Air Force adds $200M to cyber research contracts

Five companies got a nice boost to a multiple award contract they hold when the Air Force added another $200 million to the ceiling of a cybersecurity research contract.

CACI International has survived a protest of a $446 million contract to provide operations, maintenance and sustainment to the Air Force Satellite Control Network.

1. Lucky 13 win $1.5B DHS Agile software contract

Thirteen companies have won the Homeland Security Department’s $1.5 billion Flexible Agile Support for the Homeland contract, known as FLASH.
