EPA releases RFP for professional services contract

The Environmental Protection Agency intends to award a five-year indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract for professional services.

The Information Management Center Services (IMCS IV) services IDIQ will support four service areas, including the EPA Docket Center, EPA National Library Network and its libraries, records management, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

More specifically, the contractor will provide:

  • Program management
  • Management and administration
  • Web development and maintenance
  • Presentations and trainings
  • Customer service
  • IT systems
  • Collection management and modernization
  • Records management
  • Docket workflow
  • Library services for the Office of General Counsel Law Library
  • Library services for the Fort Meade Library
  • FOIA support services

The work will range across EPA’s ten regional areas.

According to Deltek, there are three incumbents on the current contract: CACI International, Arctic Slope Regional Corp., and Ace Info Solutions.

EPA released the request for proposals Aug. 16. Responses are due by Sept. 19.
