Tribalco purchases Army CTS contract from Intelligent Decisions

Tribalco has purchased the U.S. Army Communications and Transmissions Systems contract from Intelligent Decisions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The purchase will strengthen Tribalco’s communications capabilities.

The purchase also allows Tribalco to provide a suite of communications, integration and engineering services to support the Army’s strategic communications networks worldwide.

Tribalco will now be able to bid on task orders to provide the Army with communications technologies such as satellite, microwave, fiber optics, Over-The-Horizon, radio and wireless technologies, the company said in a release.
