Radiance Technologies has won a $17.9 million contract to provide the Air Force with research and development.

Radiance Technologies has won a $17.9 million contract to provide the Air Force with research and development.

Under the contract, the company will design, develop and evaluate models of multiple specific sensors and the communication links and command and control nodes associated with them, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be completed in July 2021.
