Dynamis makes deal for emergency, security management firm

Dynamis will additionally be acquiring ESMS’ COBRA integrated emergency and security management software suite, which will bolster the company’s mission of delivering practical technology solutions to the federal government and commercial customers, the company said in a release.
"This acquisition enables us to better serve our emergency and security management customers, including the Homeland Security and Defense departments, and we are excited about the new growth opportunities this will create for our company,” said Dynamis CEO John Milam.
Headwaters MB served as financial advisor to Defense Group Inc. on the deal.
