Accenture awarded $53M contract mod to support Army financial system

Accenture Federal Services LLC has won a $53 million contract modification to continue to provide operations and maintenance services to the Army’s General Fund Enterprise Business System.

Accenture Federal Services LLC has won a $53 million contract modification to continue to provide operations and maintenance services to the Army’s General Fund Enterprise Business System.

The General Fund Enterprise Business System is a financial and accounting management system that consolidates and standardizes information and distributes data to Army personnel, according to the Army’s website.

Work under the modification will be performed in Arlington, Va. and is expected to be completed in September 2016, the Defense Department said in a release.
