Small biz scores $8.2M contract to support modeling, simulation efforts

Shape Technologies has won an $8.2 million contract to support the Air Force’s modeling and simulation capabilities.

Shape Technologies has won an $8.2 million contract to support the Air Force’s modeling and simulation capabilities.

Under the contract, the company will support the Modeling and Simulations Operations branches of the following directorates:

  • Joint Exercise and Training Directorate of Headquarters U.S. Strategic Command
  • North American Aerospace Defense Command
  • U.S. Northern Command

Work will be performed at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., and Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., and is expected to be completed in December 2021.

Shape Technologies was the only bidder, the Defense Department said in a release.
