MCR Federal wins $24.6M in task orders for acquisition, financial support

MCR Federal has won two task orders totaling $24.6 million to provide acquisition and financial support services to the MILSATCOM Systems Directorate.

MCR Federal has won two task orders totaling $24.6 million to provide acquisition and financial support services to the MILSATCOM Systems Directorate.

The directorate, part of the Air Force’s Space and Missile Systems Center, plans for, acquires and sustains space-enabled global communications in support of the president, secretary of Defense and combat forces, the company said in a release.

Under the first task order, MCR Federal will provide a broad range of services, including cost estimating and analysis, acquisition reporting, earned value management, schedule analysis, planning programming budgeting and execution support, training and international partner support. 

Under the second, the company will provide a broad range of services that include manpower and information management, performance reporting, and IT readiness assessments.

Both task orders will improve processes, standardize best practices and reduce lifecycle times and costs to improve mission effectiveness.
