Systems Planning and Analysis nabs $75.7M program support contract

Systems Planning and Analysis has won a potentially $75.7 million sole source contract to support Navy programs.

Systems Planning and Analysis has won a potentially $75.7 million sole source contract to support Navy programs.

The base value of the contract is $14 million.

The programs and support includes:

  • Trident II submarine launched ballistic missile program
  • Special projects related to conventional strike tech and deterrence concepts
  • Strategic Systems Programs arms control program
  • Strategic weapons system launcher subsystem support
  • Technical propulsion support

Under the contract, Systems Planning and Analysis will provide technical services, program support, assessments and special studies and systems engineering, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed in Alexandria, Va., and is expected to wrap up in September 2016, or September 2020 with options.
