The Denali Commission in Alaska released a solicitation for a five-year, set-aside contract for IT support services of its Project Database System.

The Denali Commission in Alaska released a solicitation for a five-year, set-aside contract for IT support services of its Project Database System.

The database system is an integrated, online management, reporting, and tracking tool for Denali Commission projects. It helps with program management by milestone and at-a-glance retrieval of major project criteria, including scope, schedule and budget.

The commission’s IT needs are:

  • Help Desk support
  • Computer hardware and software maintenance of all desktop and notebook computer systems, servers, and network peripherals
  • Programming, systems analysis, design, coding, documentation and related microcomputer software development services
  • Website maintenance
  • Business architecture analysis and redesign

The commission has numerous computers and notebooks distributed among offices, conference rooms in Anchorage, employees’ telework locations, and off-site duty stations in Ketchikan, Alaska.

The solicitation is set aside for small businesses.

The commission released the solicitation Nov. 13. Responses are due by Nov. 27.
