SAIC taps new VP, service line director, Data Science

Science Applications International Corp. has named Sanjay Sardar vice president and service line director for Data Science.

In his new role, Sardar will responsible for collaborating across the company to develop the company’s data science strategy, communicate its capabilities, and foster the career development of its data science technical talent, the company said in a release.

Prior to joining SAIC, Sardar served as chief information officer for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He has also worked at General Dynamics, DDLabs Inc., Oracle, and Platinum Technologies.
