ESN taps new director of National Capital Region

Engineering Services Network has named Donald Hesseltine director of National Capital Region operations.

In his new role, Hesseltine will manage and oversee all staff and activities involving multiple contracts within the national capital region including business development and cost and operational effectiveness, the company said in a release.

Hesseltine was most recently senior program manager in the company’s Tidewater office.
