SAIC wins $8.3M option to support Navy integrated warfare systems
Science Applications International Corp. has won an $8.3 million option to provide engineering support services in support of the Navy Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems.
Science Applications International Corp. has won an $8.3 million option to provide engineering support services in support of the Navy Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems.
Under the contract, SAIC will provide engineering support services including engineering analysis and expertise in support of the Aegis, Aegis fleet readiness, DDG 1000 programs.
SAIC will also provide enterprise configuration management, future combat systems, training systems, systems engineering and information assurance.
This contract also includes foreign military sales to the governments of Japan, Australia, Korea, Spain and Norway.
Work will be performed in Washington, D.C., Dahlgren, Va., Norfolk, Va., Bath, Maine, Mayport, Fla., Moyock, N.C., Moorestown, N.J., New York, N.Y., Honolulu, Hawaii, Reno, Nev., San Diego, Calif., and Yokosuka, Japan, and is expected to be completed by November 2015.
