Syncom Space Services has won a $1.2 billion contract to support NASA’s Synergy Achieving Consolidated Operations and Maintenance program.

The contract is a consolidation of two contracts at two NASA facilities, including the Stennis Space Center and the Michoud Assembly Facility.

Under the contract, Syncom Space Services will perform centralized management of facility operations and maintenance requirements and test and manufacturing services at the two facilities, the company said in a release.

Syncom Space Services is a joint venture between PAE and BWXT Nuclear Operations Group.
