Portland, Ore.-based OGS provides solutions to create high-resolution 3D models for special operations mission planning. The company will continue to operate in Portland, Ore.
The acquisition will help both companies leverage each other’s technical development capabilities with advanced technology exploration.
For OGS, the company will now be able to provide next-generation solutions to its intelligence community, defense and commercial customers that provide disruption and innovation through engineering and agile development techniques for ISR software, hardware and services, the company said in a release.
The investment bank Houlihan Lokey served as an advisor to Urban Robotics.
