ManTech International Corp. has completed its acquisition of Allied Technology Group, bolstering ManTech’s ability to provide IT, engineering services, program management and training solutions to its federal customers and bringing on board two large Homeland Security Department contracts.

Allied Technology will become part of ManTech’s Mission Solutions & Services Group.
Founded in 1986, Allied Technology is an innovative engineering and information management solutions company who has a strong relationship with the Homeland Security Department.
The company brings two prime positions on two Homeland Security contract vehicles to ManTech, TABSS and EAGLE II.
