AT&T taps former Lockheed, Accenture exec as new VP of civilian

AT&T Government Services has named Michael Leff as vice president of civilian, where he will lead AGS business across all civilian federal departments and agencies.

Leff joins the company from Accenture Federal Services, where he most recently served as managing director for the company’s health portfolio. Before Accenture, Leff spent 14 years working for Lockheed Martin.

He joins former GSA CIO Casey Coleman and former Agriculture Department CIO Chris Smith, who were themselves recently named AGS senior executives.

AT&T Government Services is led by former Lockheed Martin executive Kay Kapoor, who also led Accenture's federal business for about a year.
