Vistronix completes acquisition of NetCentric Technology

Vistronix has finalized its acquisition of NetCentric Technology, a firm that brings big data analytics, cybersecurity engineering and cloud computing architecture capabilities to Vistronix.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

NetCentric focuses on meeting the needs of the Defense Department’s C4ISR domain, and is a leader in system design, integration and fielding of technologies, Vistronix said in a release.

“NetCentric Technology is an excellent fit for us – and our customers,” said Vistronix CEO Deepak Hathiramani.
