Analytical Services wins $157.1M missile defense contract

Analytical Services Inc. has won a $157.1 million contract to support the Missile Defense Agency.

Under the contract, the company will support all phases of flight and ground testing, and is responsible for the development, sustainment and modernization operations of Ballistic Missile Defense Systems.

This includes test data management and data analysis lab infrastructure, test data transfer network connections, distributed operations systems and servers and other systems.

Work will take place in Huntsville, Ala., and is expected to be completed by Oct. 9, 2018.

Funding in the amount of $167,406 is obligated at the time of the award.

This contract was originally awarded on Oct. 10, but due to the government shutdown, it was not announced until today.
