L-3 Communications National Security Solutions has won a $357 million task order to provide software development, systems integration, distance learning and IT technical support services in support of the Reserve Component Automation program.
The task order was won under the General Services Administration’s Alliant contract, and was awarded by the GSA Federal Systems Integration and Management Center.
The RCA program is a mission-critical program to modernize and sustain an automated information system that enhances the Army Reserve and National Guard’s ability to accomplish unit mobilization planning and readiness, L-3 said in a release.
Work will take place in Reston, Va., and is expected to be completed in 2018.
