Northrop Grumman taps new assistant general counsel

Northrop Grumman has tapped Harvey Nathan assistant general counsel for government contracts and government relations.

Northrop Grumman has named Harvey Nathan assistant general counsel, Government Contracts and Government Relations.

In this new role, Nathan will provide legal counsel for corporate government relations, contracts, business development and strategy organizations and for the company’s political action committee, ENGPAC, Northrop Grumman said in a release.

Nathan was vice president, Contracts, for EADS North America before joining Northrop Grumman. He also spent almost 30 years providing legal guidance to the Defense Department and U.S. Navy, Northrop said.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from Brooklyn College and a juris doctor degree from George Washington University law school.
