Siemens wins $28.2M option to provide DOD with imaging comms systems

Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc. has won a $28.2 million option to provide the Defense Logistics Agency with communication systems.
The original two-year contract has one additional option left, the Defense Department said.
Under the option, Siemens will provide digital imaging network-picture archive communication systems.
Work will be performed in Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed by July 14, 2015.
