SAIC names new general counsel of Technical Services and IT segment

SAIC has named Mark Schultz general counsel for its Technical Services and Information Technology segment.

Science Applications International Corp. has named Mark Schultz general counsel for its Technical Services and Information Technology segment.

When the company’s planned separation occurs, Schultz will serve as executive vice president and general counsel for the company to be named SAIC, the company said in a release.

Schultz previously served as chief legal and risk officer and corporate secretary for MWH Global Inc. Before MWH, he served in leadership roles at SRA International and Raytheon’s Missile Systems business.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and foreign service from Alma College, and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.
