NSA scandal hurts cloud movement

The recent NSA surveillance scandal could have detrimental consequences for the cloud movement, according to InfoWorld.

Those who protest cloud computing do so because they believe that putting information in the cloud makes it more liable to be seized or monitored by the government.

The NSA scandal does nothing to help this, and will likely slow down the rise of cloud adoption in the European Union, InfoWorld reported.
