Northrop Grumman taps new VP, HR for Aerospace Systems sector

Northrop Grumman has named Heidi Hendrix vice president, human resources for the Aerospace Systems sector which the company has been building up this past year.

In her new role, Hendrix will be responsible for all aspects of human resources in the Aerospace Systems sector, including attracting, developing, retaining, supporting and engaging a diverse, inclusive and high-performance workforce, Northrop said in a release.

Hendrix comes to the company from Bank of America, where she has held various leadership positions over the past 15 years. Most recently, she was a senior vice president.

Before Bank of America, Hendrix worked at Anderson Consulting.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from the School of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
