Healthland has acquired American Healthtech, adding software and EHR solutions to its portfolio.
Healthland, a health IT solutions company, has acquired American Healthtech, a post-acute facilities firm, Twin Cities Business reported.
The acquisition brings software and electronic health records solutions for post-acute facilities to Healthland’s capabilities.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, Twin Cities Business reported.
