Chinese hacking group at it again
Even after the Chinese hacking group Unit 61398 was exposed, it continues to conduct cyberattacks against U.S. organizations, U.S.News is reporting.
Publicity over the past couple of months that has exposed Chinese hackers and their attacks on the United States have not deterred further cyberattacks, U.S.News is reporting.
The group is called Unit 61398, and operates out of a 12-story building in Shanghai.
A U.S. security firm named Mandiant Corp. first exposed the group in mid-February, but the Chinese government denied the attacks.
