Booz Allen civilian leader set to retire

Booz Allen Hamilton announced the retirement of Francis "Jimmy" Henry, who runs the company's civil business and a 35-year vet.
Booz Allen Hamilton’s leader of its civilian business has told the company he plans to retire April 1.
Francis “Jimmy” Henry Jr. has been with the company for 35 years and currently is an executive vice president and the market lead for Booz Allen’s civil business.
Henry’s retirement was announced in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He joined the company in 1977 and has held a variety of positions. He has worked with numerous federal agencies and military branches. Henry is a former member of Booz Allen’s board of directors and served on the finance committee.
He also is a vice president of ASE Inc., a Booz Allen subsidiary and is a board member of Panthea Strategic Leadership Advisors, a London-based consulting firm that Booz Allen is the majority owner of.
No word yet on a possible successor.
