More winners revealed on $500M NIH small biz contract

The full slate of 22 small-business winners is now publicly available for the $500 million NIH Public Information and Communication Services contract.

The names of all 22 small businesses that won the $500 million National Institutes of Health Public Information and Communication Services contract are now publicly available.

When Washington Technology first reported on the contract known as PICS, all the winners were not yet announced.

According to the government’s FedBizOpps.gov website and data from the market research firm Deltek, the 22 winners are:

  • A&T Systems Inc.
  • Betah Associates Inc.
  • BLH Technologies Inc.
  • Cadmus Group Inc.
  • Capital Consulting Corp.
  • Circle Solutions Inc.
  • CSR
  • ESI International
  • Harrison Maldonado Associates Inc.
  • Information Ventures Inc.
  • IQ Solutions Inc.
  • JBS International
  • J.R. Reingold and Associates
  • Kaufman and Associates Inc.
  • Lux Consulting
  • NOVA Research Co.
  • Palladian Partners Inc.
  • PSA Inc.
  • Seamon Corporation
  • Scientific Consulting Group
  • Vigilant Services Corp.

The winning contractors will compete for task orders to provide media, communication and information dissemination services to NIH. The contract has one base year worth $100 million, and four one-year options that would bring the total ceiling to $500 million.

So far, one protest has been filed by Hager Sharp Inc. A decision is due by Dec. 24, according to the Government Accountability Office website.
