ICF provides IT, technical services to HHS
Contract calls for assistance to HHS Assistant Secretary for Health offices

ICF International Inc. will provide technical expertise to the Health and Human Services Department under a recompeted five-year contract worth $16.3 million.
Specifically, the contract from the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health, Office of the Surgeon General, Office of the Civilian Volunteer Medical Reserve Corps calls for IT technical expertise and administrative support for communications, outreach, deployment operations and regional coordination, according to an ICF announcement dated July 22.
Additionally, the company will provide support for geographical information, website portal and content management systems for the nationwide network of Medical Reserve Corps units and volunteers.
The effort aligns closely with HHS priorities, including support for local prevention activities as well as the effort to improve preparedness and response capabilities by supplementing and complementing local, state and federal health and medical response capabilities, the announcement states.
