New Serco CFO brings 20 years of federal contracting experience

James Morgan has joined Serco Inc. as executive vice president and chief financial officer, the company announced today. He will report to Serco Chairman and CEO Ed Casey.

James Morgan has joined Serco Inc. as executive vice president and chief financial officer, the company announced today. He will report to Serco Chairman and CEO Ed Casey.

As CFO, Morgan will serve on Serco’s board of directors and be responsible for leading the corporate finance and accounting team.

Morgan has more than 20 years of government contracting experience. Most recently, he was senior vice president of finance at Science Applications International Corp., where he spent 17 years focusing on financial, strategic, operational and transformational management.

Before joining SAIC, Morgan served as a senior consultant with Arthur Anderson & Co.’s Special Services and Contracting Group.
