Contractor to supply voice-recognition, other customer-related tools

ICF International will provide a variety of consumer-related services to the Veterans Affairs Department under a new five-year, $10 million contract through High Performance Technologies Inc.

Working in conjunction with HPTi, ICF will provide technical program management to improve the VA’s Veterans Relationship Management programs and projects through ICF’s new Project Management Accountability System, according to a company announcement released today.

Specifically, ICF will assist with advanced voice-recognition applications, enhanced Web self-service tools, and integrated desktop interfaces for VA public contact representatives.

ICF International, of Fairfax, Va., ranks No. 66 on Washington Technology’s 2010 Top 100 list of the largest federal government contractors.
