Former Lockheed VP joins SRA to boost business development
Robert Davis' mandate encompasses company's National Security Sector

SRA International Inc. has named Robert Davis vice president of business development for its National Security Sector. He will report to sector Senior Vice President Jeffrey Rydant.
Davis will focus on business development activities specific to the National Security Sector and will align with sector and corporate strategic growth plans, according to a company announcement released today.
He will establish and lead an integrated team of senior business developers, capture managers, technical solutions architects and proposal managers dedicated to delivering strategic business opportunities to SRA.
Davis comes to SRA after 22 years at Lockheed Martin Corp., most recently as a vice president of the company's Information Systems and Global Solutions division.
Davis previously served five years as an Army Signal Corps officer.
He holds an engineering degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a master’s degree in computer science from Monmouth University and an MBA in international business from Georgetown University.
SRA International, of Fairfax, Va., ranks No. 30 on Washington Technology’s 2010 Top 100 list of the largest federal government contractors.
