Dell Perot hires new VP for Defense Department sales

Jack Stem previously worked in DOD sales at CSC

Dell Perot Systems Government Services Division has named Jack Stem vice president for Defense Department sales.

Before joining Dell Perot Systems on Jan. 18, Stem was director of logistics business development for CSC’s DOD practice, where he was responsible for a wide range of DOD business development initiatives that included supply chain integration, radio frequency identification and enterprise resource planning.

Stem has a master’s degree in management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in political science from the U. S. Naval Academy.

Stem served in the Navy from 1985 to 2005.

Dell Corp., of Round Rock, Texas, ranks No. 15 on Washington Technology’s 2009 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
