Maximus to supply workforce services in Australia

Maximus will continue furnishing employment assistance services to Australia’s Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations under a three-year, $266 million contract.
Under the agreement, the company’s MAXNetWork unit will deliver long-term employment assistance at 73 operational sites throughout the country, company officials said. The three-year base contract has options for an additional six years, they said.
The scope of work includes job recruitment services, job search training and job placement.
Maximus, of Reston, Va., provides health and human services program management and consulting services to government clients.
