ICF International will provide education and training consulting services to the Army's Maryland Procurement Office under a five-year, $23 million contract.

Under the contract, ICF staff members will administer the Learning Education Training Services program, company officials said. Employees of ICF's Center for National Security Research will carry out the consulting assignment.

The consulting agreement covers nine education and training service areas, including training development and evaluation, survey design and administration, and program and faculty evaluation.

The contract award will help expand ICF's role in the national security market, company officials said.
