Public Consulting Group Inc. bought state and localgovernment information technology and managementconsulting firm Eclipse Solutions Group Ltd.,of Sacramento, Calif. Terms of the deal were notdisclosed. Boston consulting firm PCG focuses onstate and local health care, human services andother government agencies.NCI Inc., of Reston, Va., will buy assets of MTCTechnologies Inc., of Dayton, Ohio, used in theProgram Executive Office Soldier, Project ManagerSoldier Warrior and Project Manager SoldierEquipment contract. The contract is worth as muchas $382 million and could extend to April 2015.Goodrich Corp. bought TEAC Aerospace HoldingsInc., of Monterey Park, Calif. Terms of the deal werenot disclosed, but Goodrich, of Charlotte, N.C., ispicking up about $50 million in annual revenue.TEAC builds airborne mission data-collection systemsand will become part of Goodrich's Sensorsand Integrated Systems business.Private equity partnership CoVant Inc., founded byformer Anteon International Inc. Chief ExecutiveOfficer Joseph Kampf and his partners, bought A-TSolutions Inc., of Fredericksburg, Va. Terms ofCoVant's first acquisition were not disclosed. A-TSolutions provides analytical and training services fordetection, identification and defeat of improvisedexplosive devices and weapons of mass destruction.BAE Systems Inc. will sell its Flight Systems businessto Calspan Corp. for $62.5 million and otherconsiderations based on the next five years' revenues.Flight Systems, of Mojave, Calif., does aircraftmodification, operations, flight tests and aerialfull-scale target production for military and commercialcustomers. Calspan, of Buffalo, N.Y., is a privateaeronautical engineering company.
