Watercraft monitoring sought

The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command wants a monitoring, management and audible alarm notification system for a developing telelogistics program. This requires an open architecture system that can provide integrated watercraft systems management, support of logistical functions, tracking and prioritizing of maintenance, machinery history, vessel modifications and fuel management. Database management needed

The Specialized Immunization Program at the Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases requires information technology to support its clinical trials on biodefense vaccines and other medical products, collecting and storing clinical data in a relational database management system as well as an adverse event tracking and reporting database management system. The contract synopsis can be found in FedBizOpps, solicitation No. DAMD17-02-R-0017. The solicitation is scheduled for release Aug. 1, with responses due by Aug. 30. NASA looks to combine contracts

NASA's Langley Research Center in Hampton, Va., wants information on research operations, maintenance and engineering and facility-related IT to support institutional and research facilities. There are several contracts that may be included in this procurement, as well as portions of several others. The annual value of the contract is approximately $50 million.
