The Army Communications-Electronics Command is looking for software development, system engineering and support services for Army ground combat programs, including the Global Command and Control System, the Maneuver Control System, the Combat Service Support Control System, and the Common Software family.
The contractor will define a common infrastructure and architecture to support integration of applications for this group of products.

The Farm Service Agency seeks sources of commercial, off-the-shelf farm business planning tools to move its direct farm loan application process to the Internet.
Requirements for the online system include the capability to read the existing database to retrieve information. Also, the software must pass Common Computing Center testing requirements. Only firms that currently have software with the characteristics described in the solicitation should respond.
