The Farm Service Agency seeks sources of commercial, off-the-shelf farm business planning tools to move its direct farm loan application process to the Internet.

Requirements for the online system include the capability to read the existing database to retrieve information. Also, the software must pass Common Computing Center testing requirements. Only firms that currently have software with the characteristics described in the solicitation should respond.
