RCI to aid Army recruitment

Resource Consultants Inc. of Vienna, Va., won a five-year, $71.9 million contract with the Army's Recruiting Command to recruit citizens for military service, becoming the first private company to do so.

Under this congressionally mandated test program, RCI will replace military recruiters at 10 recruiting companies across the United States. If successful, the Army can extend the program to the entire nation and release more than 7,000 recruiters to direct war-fighting missions.
